FATHOM Dive Systems offers the original owner a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all FATHOM products.

This warranty does not extend to the following:

• batteries, oxygen sensors, or other consumables.
• damages caused by improper use, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, fire, or casualty.
• cosmetic damage, such as scratches, fraying, and nicks.
• equipment used for rental, commercial, governmental, or military purposes.
