Warranty

FATHOM Dive Systems offers the original owner a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all FATHOM products when used for their intended purposes under normal conditions, with the following exceptions.

This warranty does not extend to the following:

  • batteries, oxygen sensors, or other consumables.
  • damages caused by improper use, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, fire, or casualty.
  • cosmetic damage, such as scratches, fraying, and nicks.
  • equipment used for rental, commercial, governmental, or military purposes.

Please contact FATHOM Tech Support at techsupport@fathomdive.com prior to returning any equipment for service.  All shipping charges to and from the factory are the responsibility of the equipment owner.

Returns

You may return or exchange new and unused items within 30 days of delivery. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we’ll pay the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will ship a new item or issue a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee.
