HP Hartmann has been diving side mount since 2006 and in 2010 developed the Razor side mount system with Steve Bogaerts. His videos helped to popularize side mount diving and sparked a real boom in the configuration. HP always highlights the benefits of side mount diving and why, with this type of diving, the transition from recreational to technical diving becomes fluid. HP has been diving side mount CCRs since 2013 and the latest Razor 4 system is optimized for side mount CCR diving.
